Ingredients

1 pound Grass-Fed Ground Round
1 tablespoon olive oil 
2 teaspoon sesame oil 
½ cup onion, diced 
1 whole green bell pepper, cut into thin slices 
1 whole red bell pepper, cut into thin slices 
1/3 cup shredded carrot
3 cloves garlic, minced  
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili crisp oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes 
Cooked rice for serving 
Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish 
Savory ground beef stir-fried with crisp veggies, garlic, and a kick of chili crisp, all tossed in a rich, umami-packed sauce and served over warm rice. A quick, flavor-loaded dinner that comes together in no time.

Instructions

1.Add grass-fed ground round to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until completely brown. Drain the fat and set the meat aside in a bowl.
2.Add olive oil and sesame oil to the same skillet and increase the heat to medium-high.
3.Once the oil is hot, add the onions, green and red bell peppers, and shredded carrot. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4.Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5.Return the meat to the pan. Reduce the heat to medium.
6.Combine the soy sauce, chili crisp oil, and red pepper flakes to the beef and veggie mixture and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.
7.Spoon beef mixture over cooked rice. Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds and enjoy!
