
| 1 pound Grass-Fed Ground Round | |
| 1 tablespoon olive oil | |
| 2 teaspoon sesame oil | |
| ½ cup onion, diced | |
| 1 whole green bell pepper, cut into thin slices | |
| 1 whole red bell pepper, cut into thin slices | |
| 1/3 cup shredded carrot | |
| 3 cloves garlic, minced | |
| 3 tablespoons soy sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons chili crisp oil | |
| ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes | |
| Cooked rice for serving | |
| Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish |
Savory ground beef stir-fried with crisp veggies, garlic, and a kick of chili crisp, all tossed in a rich, umami-packed sauce and served over warm rice. A quick, flavor-loaded dinner that comes together in no time.
| 1. | Add grass-fed ground round to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until completely brown. Drain the fat and set the meat aside in a bowl. |
| 2. | Add olive oil and sesame oil to the same skillet and increase the heat to medium-high. |
| 3. | Once the oil is hot, add the onions, green and red bell peppers, and shredded carrot. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender. |
| 4. | Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. |
| 5. | Return the meat to the pan. Reduce the heat to medium. |
| 6. | Combine the soy sauce, chili crisp oil, and red pepper flakes to the beef and veggie mixture and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. |
| 7. | Spoon beef mixture over cooked rice. Top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds and enjoy! |
