| 1. | Preheat oven to 350°F |
| 2. | Unroll pie dough flat on a cutting board. |
| 3. | Cut, out of the center area, 4×4 inch squares. The remaining excess can be cut into the center hearts for garnish. |
| 4. | Place approximately one teaspoon of Bonne Maman Raspberry Preserves to the center of each square. |
| 5. | Now, fold the left and right edges together across the middle over the preserves. |
| 6. | Fold the bottom edge over the middle. Add the cut out heart on the top of the middle edges. |
| 7. | Brush with egg wash and bake for 10-12 minutes. |
| 8. | Allow to cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
