| 1 cup rolled oats | |
| 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seed | |
| 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon | |
| 1/4 cup freshly brewed coffee | |
| 1 tbsp Organic MCT Oil | |
| 2 tablespoon maple syrup | |
| 1/2 sliced banana | |
| 1 tbsp toasted shredded coconut | |
| 1 tbsp maple syrup |
| 1. | Place all the ingredients for the oats in a container and mix until combined. Place in the fridge overnight. |
