Sodium silicoaluminate, also known as sodium aluminosilicate, is an inorganic ingredient used as an anticaking agent or free-flowing agent in food. Its purpose is to prevent powdered food from caking, lumping as in dried eggs, grated cheeses, and table salt. While it is approved by the FDA, there are studies surrounding concerns on guy health, especially IBA. Be aware of side effects of ingredients in your diet.
