Ingredients: For the Oats: 1 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp Organic Chia Seed 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 cup freshly brewed coffee 1 cup light coconut milk 1 tbsp Organic MCT Oil 2 tablespoon maple syrup For the Toppings: 1/2 sliced banana 1 tbsp toasted shredded coconut 1 tbsp maple syrup Preparation: Place all the ingredients for the oats in a container and mix until combined. Place in the fridge overnight. Top the oats with banana, toasted coconut and maple syrup. Enjoy!
