Cool off with this light and fresh Strawberry Trifle recipe that everyone will love. With only four ingredients, it’s the perfect quick dessert for parties, cookouts, or as an afternoon treat.
- 16oz of Fresh Strawberries
- 2 c Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 TBL Granulated Sugar
- 2 Berlin Angel Food Cake Loaves
Wash and slice strawberries, place into a bowl and sprinkle with 1 TBL granulated sugar. Allow to sit for 10 – 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Slice the Berlin Angel Food Cake into 1 inch cubes.
Using a glass serving bowl, begin with a layer of the Angel Food cake and then top with some of the sliced strawberries.
Add a layer of the whipped cream and repeat process until all ingredients are gone.
Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
