Flatbreads are a convenient and fun way to eat all of the things you love most! A deliciously dressed flatbread only requires a couple of healthy staples and a little creativity to make endless variations. And what better treat for the student stuck in a dorm room?

Quick eats, like flatbreads, are the perfect solution for busy college students who want to fuel themselves with healthy food that is fast and simple. Whether it’s a quick breakfast, a snack between classes, a late night dinner, or anything in between – pillowy naan is always a good choice.

But flatbread isn’t just for college students. These perfectly topped meals are popular with eaters young and old. So if you’re trying to save time and still eat great, these open-faced creations are made just for you. Below are a few of my favorite pairings to get you started – all you need to do is toast the flatbread and add the toppings!
