Looking for an easy way to dress up a bowl of yogurt? This recipe from Stonyfield is beyond easy and makes for the perfect summertime treat – whether you need a quick afternoon snack or a fun (and healthy) dessert for a party.

Yogurt is good for gut health, and it’s a great way to sneak live and active cultures and calcium into your diet. And you might not know it, but Stonyfield spent their first few years on the farm making only plain, simple, whole milk yogurt. Thirty years later, we can definitely call them experts!

We used some of our favorite toppings to make this bark, but the possibilities are really endless. Try a more savory combination, like cashews, ginger, and honey, or something classic, like strawberries and blueberries. Even better, invite your little ones to make their own bark with their favorite flavors.

Easy Frozen Yogurt Bark
Yields 4 to 6 servings (per pan)

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark:

  • 12 ounces Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk

For the Raspberry Pistachio Bark:

  • 12 ounces Stonyfield Organic Whole Milk Yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup raspberries, rinsed and dried
  • 1/2 cup roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Line two square baking pans with parchment paper and spread 12 ounces of yogurt evenly across each, making sure yogurt is about 3/8-inch thick (this will make for better, easier to break bark).
  2. Combine the peanut butter and milk in a small bowl and whip by hand until peanut butter is slightly thinned and smooth enough to drizzle.
  3. Sprinkle dry toppings across the yogurt. Next drizzle honey over the raspberries and pistachios, and peanut butter over the bananas and chocolate.
  4. Place pans in the freezer until completely frozen (around 4 hours).
  5. Remove pans from the freezer once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt and peel away the parchment paper. Break the bark into pieces and serve, or store in freezer bags to enjoy later!
