There is always at least one jar of tahini in my pantry at any given time. I love it for sweet treats like this Chocolate Tahini Dip, and for whipping up quick salad dressings—like this Creamy Citrus Tahini Dressing!

The tahini makes this dressing super creamy and rich, and adds healthy fats that help us absorb the nutrients in a salad better. I like to mix some up at the start of the week and have it on hand for quick and healthy lunches and dinners.

Pro tip: roast up some beets and carrots, serve them over some fresh spinach, and drizzle everything with this perfectly creamy dressing! You just can’t beat it!

This recipe makes about 1 cup of dressing.

  • ½ cup Earth Fare Organic Tahini
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • A little bit of orange zest (optional)

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until creamy and combined. If you prefer a thinner dressing, add a little more orange juice as needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate and use for up to a week.
