Serves 1


  • 1 cup cold coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 handful assorted nuts, like almonds, cashews or walnuts (or 2 Tablespoons nut butter)
  • 1 handful organic frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon organic cocoa
  • 1 scoop high-quality protein
  • 1 date, pitted


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high, until the mixture is uniform consistency.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
