– 1 cup cold coconut milk
– 1 teaspoon coconut oil
– 1 handful assorted nuts, like almonds, cashews or walnuts (or 2 Tablespoons nut butter)
– 1 handful organic frozen strawberries
– 1 teaspoon organic cocoa
– 1 scoop high-quality protein
– 1 date, pitted
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high, until the mixture is uniform consistency.
