- 1 cup cold coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 handful assorted nuts, like almonds, cashews or walnuts (or 2 Tablespoons nut butter)
- 1 handful organic frozen strawberries
- 1 teaspoon organic cocoa
- 1 scoop high-quality protein
- 1 date, pitted
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high, until the mixture is uniform consistency.
