Gelato Festival Contest Terms and Conditions

Contest Overview

The Gelato Festival Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Gelato Festival (“Sponsor”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period

• The Contest begins on July 3, 2025, at 12:00 AM PDT and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT (“Contest Period”).
• Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must provide their first name, last name, and a valid email address through the official entry form provided by the Sponsor.
• Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person/email address will be disqualified.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

Prize

• One (1) Grand Prize: Four (4) VIP tickets to the Gelato Festival event in Hollywood, CA, and a hotel stay for the duration of the event (specific dates and hotel to be determined by the Sponsor).
• Approximate retail value of the prize will be determined based on the event and hotel specifics.
• The prize includes only the VIP tickets and hotel stay. The winner is responsible for all other expenses, including but not limited to transportation to and from the event, meals, and any additional costs.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• The drawing will take place on or about August 1, 2025.
• The winner will be contacted by a representative of Gelato Festival via the email address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.
• The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize.

General Conditions

• The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures or malfunctions that may affect the entry process.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Contest.

Privacy

• Personal information collected during the Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and contacting the winner, unless the participant has opted in to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor.
• The Sponsor will not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or as required by law.

Liability Release

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
