Fish should be fish, and nothing more – but there’s a lot that can happen to seafood after it has been caught. Some markets add synthetic colorings and additives (like STPP) to seafood to make fish look firmer, brighter and more appetizing. But at Earth Fare we don’t need this because our seafood is always as fresh as it looks.
