How do I sign up for Tomato Bank?

What is my Tomato Bank ID?
A: Your Tomato Bank ID is the number you enter on the keypad at checkout to earn and redeem points. You established this 10-digit number when you first started your account. We encouraged Tomato Bank members to use their phone numbers because it is unique and easy to remember. (Don’t worry, we won’t call or text it.) If you didn’t opt to use your phone number, it may be any other 10-digit number that you intended to remember. If you forgot your number, login to your Tomato Bank account at the top of the screen and click on “My Account” to see what you set as your ID.
Why is my Tomato Bank ID not working at the store?
A: This is usually due to one of two reasons:
1. The number in the system is incorrect (probably due to a typo.) You can login to your Tomato Bank account at the top of the screen and click on “My Account” to update your Tomato Bank ID.
2. The number is being entered at the incorrect time. The pinpads are multi-functional and their mode changes according to where you are in the transaction, so you must enter your Tomato Bank ID after the first item is scanned and before you pay for your groceries.
What is my Tomato Bank balance?
A: You can find your Tomato Bank point balance at the top of the screen when you’re logged in to Tomato Bank. Your balance also prints at the bottom of your receipt after every purchase you make using your Tomato Bank ID.
