The Rock Hill Parks Foundation is a nonprofit fund administered by the York County Foundation, an affiliate of the Foundation for the Carolinas. It's vision is to riase enough capital for the endowment fund which will support the annual operating expenses for the Rock Hill parks system.

The Rock Hill Parks Foundation will enhance the quality of life through parks, recreation, and tourism above and beyond its normal operating budget.
