This group will meet the 1st Sunday of every month in the Earth Fare community room in Ballantyne. An Encouraging Word focuses on helping people understand and support sufferers, with a treatment called the Guaifenesin Protocol. Dr. Paul St. Aman, MD developed this treatment that helps reverse the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.

Another important component to support recovery is a good diet. Learn about the nutritional foods that will help you manage FMS. This group is free and open to all fibromyalgia sufferers, family members and health professionals.
