Job Description
This position will provide overall leadership for the entire prepared foods department to include deli, bakery, and coffee bar in a Earth Fare store. You will directly responsible for meeting Earth Fare goals for sales, gross profit, labor expense, and providing best in class guest service. The position will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and progressive discipline for team members in the prepared food department. You will work with the store manager to ensure the department is properly merchandised at all times to maximize sales.

Ensure proper supplies for department, ensuring quality and accuracy of product r received, inventory of product in-house |

Requirements
Requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a Food Service management role. Works under general supervision; reports to a store director. Familiar with natural foods industry, ability to follow through, communicate effectively with team members, creativity, flexibility and a great work ethic is required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Higher degree preferred.
