Position requires previous experience in the food service industry. Culinary degree a plus.
Duties
Responsibilities include:

Ordering of product

Meeting sales and margin goals while controlling shrink.

Other duties include making labor goals, following plan-o-grams, merchandising, accurate recipe preparation, accurate labeling of product as well as supervision, training and motivation of staff.

Must be able and willing to cook!!
