I'm an older college student who eats lots of quick meals on the go. This (too) often means McDonald's or some other fast food place. Since becoming a vegetarian a little over thirty days ago, Earth Fare has become my weekly, and sometimes daily, stop. I now buy soy nuggets like they're going out of style, along with tofu hot wings, live salad, and tofurkey. I FEEL BETTER!
I also have adult acne, but it's getting better too. The pantry makeover REALLY helped me re-evaluate what I was buying.
My family still looks at me funny when I try to pass on what I've learned, but I'll keep at 'em. I'm hopeful.
