dyshydrotic eczema

Just some of Earth Fare's gluten free foods
In may of 2009 my palms broke out in small blisters. I thought it was poison ivy -- I had planted pine trees in the woods. Or, I thought the pressure treated wood-cleaner with oxalic acid might have done permanent damage to my hand. I was diagnosed with dyshydrotic eczema by a dermatologist and was prescribed steroid ointment.
When I used this cream, I experienced side effects of thinning skin! As a Home Ec. Major, I read constantly, and noticed that pizza, pasta, and bread seemed to bring swelling. From my reading and this observation, I decided to go gluten-free and now my eczema has cleared up! Apparently, my problems were related to Celiac disease.
Earth Fare is awesome, and its gluten-free section is such a blessing! It is so great that I have to share. Thank you, Earth Fare!
