Black Bean Brownies
This recipe produces a dense, moist brownie.

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups dark gluten free chocolate chips
2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
4 eggs
1/2 cup agave nectar or 1 cup date sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a small bowl, melt chips in a microwave for 2 minutes, or heat in a bowl over boiling water until melted.
In a blender or food processor, combine beans and eggs. Add sweetener, baking powder and melted chips. Process until smooth. Pour batter into a 9-inch square baking pan lined with oiled foil (let foil overhand edges of pan so you can pull brownies out when cooled).
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool. Cut and pull brownies out of pan using over hanging foil.
