Job Description
Responsibilities:
Accountable for sales, gross margin & labor goals.
Also responsible for supervision, scheduling & training of team members.
Other duties as directed by Store Manager.
Requirements:
Knowledge of meat and seafood varieties & cuts required.
Detail oriented & able to meet deadlines in order to procure product on a timely basis to meet customer demands.
Excellent customer service skills including meat & seafood food preparation knowledge.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Must be flexible to work hours as needed to fulfill job requirements.
Meat cutting experience desired.
Prior experience with Earth Fare policies and procedures a plus.
