Job Description
Responsibilities include ordering of product, meeting sales & margin goals while controlling shrink.
Other duties include achieving labor goals, following plan-o-grams, merchandising, accurate recipe preparation, accurate labeling of product, as well as supervision, training & motivation of team members.
Must be able and willing to cook!!
Position requires previous experience in the food service industry. Culinary degree a plus. Must be computer literate with good math skills, as well as good written & verbal communication skills.
