Job Description
Position requires knowledge of organic and natural grocery products as well as experience in the ordering process to meet sales and margin goals and controlling shrink.
Responsibilities:
Merchandising product by following plan-o-grams, store resets & merchandising guides
Supervision of team members including scheduling, training & motivation to achieve sales goal
Superior customer service skills
Manager on Duty as designated by the Store Manager
Other duties as directed by the Store Manager
Requirements:
Flexibility to work schedule, including nights & weekends
Organizational skills
Must be computer literate with good math skills
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Previous grocery management experience preferred
