Job Description

Ideal candidate will have previous experience/knowledge of wine, beer, cheese, coffee and specialty foods. 

Responsibilities:

Maintenance of the Specialty Foods areas – to include rotation of products, as well as checking/controlling spoilage
Cutting and wrapping cheese
Maintaining correct signage and pricing
Ensuring shelves are properly stocked and back stock is in order
Maintaining the Passive Sampling Program
Other duties as assigned by Department Manager 

Requirements:

Ability to inspect products for quality and freshness
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to utilize knifes and other related equipment while ensuring safe operating practices
