Job Description

Responsibilities:

Customer Service - Ensure prompt, friendly, courteous, well-informed customer service. 
Keep clean dish area well-stocked, well organized, and well signed.
Maintain cleanliness of serving area and dish pit.
Ensure that hygiene, cleanliness, and neatness are on par w/company standards. 
Report customer suggestions, comments,& complaints to Food Service Manager.
Carry out established opening and closing procedures.
Follow correct safety, and storage procedures.
Report equipment failures or replacement needs to FS Manager.
Remove trash in dish pit and service areas, wipe down, sweep and mop dish area and spills on service floor as needed.
Communicate w/ next shift on items and duties needed for operation.
Properly set up and display utensils prep and serving equipment.
Keep all equipment associated w/ deli cleaned and sanitized.
Come find dirty dishes instead of waiting for them to come to you.
Make sure boxes are broken down and baled as soon as possible.
