Job Description

Responsibilities:  

Supervision of department managers & hourly team members including personnel decisions such as hiring/firing/discipline & scheduling to meet sales & labor goals
Manager On Duty responsibilities which require a flexible schedule, to include nights & weekends
Product  merchandising, including verifying that sale items are correct & timely
Plan-o-gram implementation & maintenance
Works with team on nventory Control, shrink control, & ordering assistance
Ensure backroom is maintained to Earth Fare standards
Acts as Safety leader
Provide excellent leadership & customer service on the sales floor
Other aspects as directed by Store Manager/Home Office

Ideal candidate will have Earth Fare Department Manager experience or other relevant management experience. Must be proficient in MS Office applications. Must be willing to recolate for further advancement.
