Job Description
Responsible for assisting Food Service Manager in hiring, training, on-going development, and holding team members accountable for performance.
Will report to the Food Service Manager & will support department goals & objectives, to include profitability, expense control, inventory control, purchasing & merchandising, recipe development & regulatory compliance.
Requires previous experience in the food service industry. Culinary degree a plus. Must be computer literate with good math skills, as well as good written & verbal communication skills.
