Earth Fare is looking for a Part-Time Demo Coordinator. This individual must be self-motivated, charismatic, enthusiastic, sales-driven and energetic. They must possess strong customer service skills, a passion for cooking healthy foods and exceptional communication skills. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to championing Earth Fare’s customer service program; executing up sell and active food demonstrations; and assisting the Community Relations Coordinator with executing on- and off-site events, promotions and activities                                                                                                                                                                                

Responsibilities:      

GROW the Earth Fare community
Champion the Earth Fare customer service program
Increase sales via sampling and cooking demonstrations
Create and execute well-merchandized and attractive active and passive food demonstrations – sell food
Promote products throughout the store
Educate community members about Earth Fare products
Maintain and order in-store demo supplies
Work with Department Managers to ensure availability of demo products
Schedule and manage in-store vendor demos
Assist Community Relations Coordinators with in- and out-of-store events
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:    

Superior organization skills
Organized and prompt
Passion for  and knowledge of healthy food and cooking – strong desire to create and sell healthy food
Sales experience
Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Availability to work weekends and evenings
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Must have desire to advance with company, be willing to relocate & move into full time
