Job Description
Individual will ensure smooth operation of the Bakery department.
Responsibilities:
Train team members on performance expectations, safety & sanitation.
Responsible for achieving margin & labor goals & controlling shrink.
Participate in ordering & inventory.
Must possess thorough knowledge of Bakery & industry trends as well as nutritional information.
Must be capable of performing all duties & responsibilities of the Bakery team members.
Must have strong communication skills.
1-2 years food service experience preferred.
Individual must display proper use of kitchen utensils & other equipment used in food preparation.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends & evenings.
