Job Description
Do you have a passion for wellness that you wish to share? Lead, engage & inspire this dynamic department that is customer-centric first & foremost. This individual must be passionate about supplements, body care, health & wellness while also serving and growing the Earth Fare community at large!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to achieving sales and profit margin goals, meeting labor budget, ordering and stocking product, merchandising products to achieve the Wow! factor, creating selling events (passive/active) and the supervision of team members and other duties as directed by Store Manager and Home Office Wellness team.
Must be detail oriented, able to multi task and computer proficient. Job also requires flexibility of schedule, excellent customer service and math skills. Job requires ability to follow established plan-o-grams. Must be able to order product timely from multiple vendors. Commitment to training & education within Earth Fare guidelines a must.
Experience in running a Wellness department is desired, but we will consider a qualified candidate with extensive knowledge and/or training in nutrition, supplements, herbs, homeopathy & body care.
