Job Description

Position requires knowledge of organic and natural grocery products as well as experience in the ordering process to meet sales and margin goals and controlling shrink.

Duties

Other duties include:

• Merchandising product by following plan-o-grams, store resets and merchandising guides
• Supervision of staff including scheduling, training and motivation to achieve sales goal
• Superior customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Manager on Duty at times as designated by the Store Manager
• Flexible to work schedule including nights and weekends
• Must be computer literate with good math skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Other duties as directed by the Store Manager

Previous grocery management experience a plus.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
