Job Description

Individual will ensure smooth operation of the Food Service department.

Duties

Responsibilities include ordering of product, meeting sales and margin goals while controlling shrink. Other duties include making labor goals, following plan-o-grams, merchandising, accurate recipe preparation, accurate labeling of product as well as supervision, training and motivation of staff. Must be able and willing to cook!!

Requirements

Position requires previous experience in the food service industry. Culinary degree a plus. High school diploma required.

Must be computer literate with good math skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills. Some relocation assistance available.
