Duties

Trains team members on performance expectations, safety and sanitation. Responsible for achieving margin and labor goals; controlling shrink. Participates in ordering and inventory. Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of Bakery and industry trends as well as nutritional information. Must be capable of performing all duties and responsibilities of the Bakery team members.

Requirements

Candidate must have strong communication skills. 1-2 years food service experience preferred. Individual must display proper use of kitchen utensils and other equipment used in food preparation. Must be flexible in work schedule.
