Job Description

This position will report to the Food Service Manager and will support department goals and objectives, to include profitability, expense control, inventory control, purchasing and merchandising, recipe development and regulatory compliance.

Duties

Individual will also be responsible in assisting Food Service Manager in hiring, training, on-going development, and holding associates accountable for performance.

Must be computer literate with good math skills as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
