Nathan's Healthy Change

Hi! My name is Nathan and this is my story.

Ever since I was... well... born, I was the fat kid. With that, I constantly went through the gauntlet of schoolyard insults (especially ones that attack my mother, claiming she was obese which was not the case.) Anyways, from high school to college I ate fast food on almost a daily basis. I didn't care how fried or how chocolaty it was I would eat it. Suffice to say trans fats and I were homeboys.

In September, my wife and I decided it was time to change. So, we started to eat healthier! We stopped going to fast foods, we started to buy organic produce and snacks, and trained ourselves to eat better.

We also started to run... A LOT! Between eating healthy and numerous hours in the gym, I have dropped 70 pounds! Not only that, my body just feels better. Before this I was a slave to greasy foods and I would just crawl through life. Now, it feels like I have a new lease on life and it feels great!
